1992
Meadow Foods is founded in Burnham, Buckinghamshire as a farmer-backed dairy trading business focused on selling dairy products as ingredients in the UK and Europe
1995
Meadow Foods merges with dairy processing business Bodfari, acquiring new processing plant in Chester to produce anhydrous milk fat (AMF)
1999
Meadow Foods expands production by building additional milk proteins plant at Chester site
2002
Meadow Foods buys Holme Moor milk processing site in Yorkshire for production of chocolate crumb
2003
Installation of first reverse osmosis milk concentrate plant leading to large contract wins and a period of strong growth
2007
New butter manufacturing plant commissioned as part of ongoing investment in butter manufacturing capabilities
2008
Meadow Foods acquires West Lakes Dairy Park - more than doubling the business' milk field and paving the way for future growth

Second RO plant commissioned with milk protein standardisation
New chilled butter warehouse completed
2009
New packing line commissioned at Holme on Spalding Moor

Meadow Foods acquires the business and assets of Nene Valley Foods from Dairy Farmers of Britain - consolidating Meadow's position as the largest independent dairy ingredients supplier to food manufacturers and enabling us to expand into cultured dairy products.
